The Torah Culture Department is part of the Personnel, Coordination and Control Administration of the Ministry of Education of the State of Israel.

The Department is dedicated to the dissemination of traditional Jewish culture, which in this context runs the gamut from Bible and Talmud through music, theater and cinema. This is accomplished via various projects and events held throughout the year.

We also encourage other organizations and institutions to conduct Torah activities and we offer them professional guidance, financial aid and supervision. We have ongoing relationships with many local municipal authorities, community centers, kibbutzim, moshavim and many non-profit organizations.
